Procurement and Production Lead

• Apply supply chain management principles to optimize processes in adherence to ISO standards.
• Exhibit strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the logistics and procurement team.

• Possess excellent data entry, documentation skills and inventory control to maintain accurate information.
• Contribute to budget planning activities related to procurement and logistics and oversee production order processing and scheduling to meet production needs.
• Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between various departments.

Skill Set:

• Proven experience in Procurement and Logistics or Project Manager roles.
• Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in data entry, documentation, and budget planning.
• Familiarity with ISO certification standards.
• Previous experience in the lighting industry is a plus.
