Responsibilities
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude for assembling equipment based on General Arrangement (GA) drawings and safely re-wiring pre-tested equipment.
- Interpret and annotate GA diagrams, P&IDs, and detailed manufacturing drawings according to required standards.
- Comprehend the mechanical hardware specifications and Functional Design Specifications for client projects.
- Utilize project documentation such as Traceability Matrices, Engineering Design Calculations, Bills of Materials, Test and Validation Protocols, and Operating, Maintenance, and Safety Manuals during equipment and system assembly and testing.
- Develop troubleshooting skills for complex process systems, including fans, pumps, control valves, instrumentation, electrical systems, and PLC-controlled systems with HMIs.
- Provide assembly support for process equipment at the factory, maintaining high-quality standards and handling unscheduled maintenance visits.
- Adhere to safety protocols as defined by local regulations and company procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
