We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for a Seed stage SaaS Startup. In this role, you will manage relationships with key customers worldwide, from initial onboarding to long-term partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the best possible customer experience, identify customer pain points, and develop solutions that drive satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key customers across the world and in multiple time zones.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure customer retention and identify new business opportunities.
  • Proactively monitor customer activity and prepare reports/analytics to exceed business KPIs.
  • Identify customer pain points and collaborate with internal teams (business, ops, product, R&D) to prioritize and implement solutions.
  • Help define and manage internal processes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

Required

  • At least 3 years of experience in the FinTech and / or Global Supply Chain industry.
  • Ability to execute on upsells, renewals and conducting QBR's.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer success or account management position.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using online platforms and CRMs.
  • A detail-oriented and analytical mindset with a strong business acumen.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.

Preferred

  • Proficiency in additional languages.
  • Knowledge of global trade, finance.

Senior Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to a Seed stage, SaaS Startup and play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing relationships with our core customers worldwide.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers throughout all lifecycle stages, from initial onboarding to long-term partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the best possible customer experience, identify customer pain points, and develop solutions that drive satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Manage relationships with key customers across the world and in multiple time zones.
