The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as hiring new team members as necessary. This candidate will be actively involved in the day-to-day activities and operations of the company and will occasionally attend trade meetings to learn more about the business and meet orchard owners who have been with the company for all 70 years.
