  • Analyze client's monthly performance, strategize and schedule weekly meetings, business reviews, 5-year performance reviews, and claims reviews, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Facilitate, lead, and document plans for takeaways from Operational/Client meetings.
  • Monitor quality and SLA adherence by reviewing post-implementation performance results.
  • Participate in SLA and scorecard monitoring with Operations to ensure client expectations/contractual obligations are met.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing business or at a financial institution.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience managing projects, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines for multiple projects.

Preferred

  • Experienced in a client facing role.
  • Prior background working on SSP
  • Experience with building solid relationships with clients and strategies to achieve goals.
  • Drive follow-through projects to resolution.
  • Proven facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze substantial amounts of data.
  • Adaptability and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Experienced in building rapport and collaborating with others within the company and externally.
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
  • Product knowledge.

Assurant is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support multiple clients. You will be part of a dynamic team of Account Executives and work with cross-functional teams across Assurant. As the Account Manager, you will support the client's business needs, collect and analyze data, and the client experience.

How much should I expect to travel?

Pay Range:
$53,700.00 - $89,900.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
