  • Achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs, and maximize profitability within all areas of the food and beverage outlet(s).

**Job Description Summary**

The FandB Manager is expected to manage all aspects of service within the Outlets. He/She will comply with all standards of service and operating procedures. The FandB manager will be instrumental in maintaining concept, beverage menu development and overall guest and employee satisfaction. The FandB Manager will also adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations concerning health, safety, and other compliance requirements. The ideal candidate has a passion for building and leading a highly effective team, for delivering the highest standard of service and the highest quality of food and drinks. The candidate is in tune with current culinary and beverage trends and is able to react to changes in the market quickly. Having demonstrated this passion successfully through professional experience is a must. This position will also require clear communication, motivation skills, productive coaching and precise accountability.

**Job Description**

- **Operational/Functional:**
- Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more food and/or beverage outlets. Plan and organize work. Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.

- Ensure that all restaurant facilities are cleaned, vacuumed, and properly stocked according to anticipated business volumes.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Key departmental contacts include Sales and Marketing, Catering, Banquets, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Guest Services.
- May assist with other duties as assigned.
