The Business Systems Analyst, Global Logistics will prepare reports on our logistics operational performance to provide recommendations to management on ways to improve our efficiency. The Business Systems Analyst, Global Logistics will supervise the work of Global Solutions Associates.

The hired individual will be responsible for the following duties:

- Analyze and interpret data on our company's logistics operations to discern patterns, trends, and outliers in our operations.
- Design and implement analytical data models for integrating sources from various applications, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive single source of truth for key performance indicators (KPIs) for our logistics performance.
- Implement business intelligence and reporting solutions tailored to company logistics, facilitating informed decision-making processes.
- Address intricate customer and business process requirements within the logistics framework.
- Apply analytics processes with credibility across all organizational levels, emphasizing continuous improvement, standard processes, best practices, and data governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify optimization areas in logistics decision-making, including route optimization, carrier management, and data input efficiency.
- Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders, offering actionable insights and recommendations about our logistics performance.
- Efficiently allocate workloads within the team to ensure streamlined logistics operations.
- Summarize and communicate analytical results regarding our logistics operations performance and recommendations to diverse audiences within the organization, with varying levels of specialized subject matter expertise.
- Investigate and develop scalable approaches for expanded client data collection, analysis, and strategic deployment, aligning with overall initiative strategy and supporting technology platforms in the logistics domain.


**Minimum Requirements:**
- Masters degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
- 18 months of work experience analyzing a companys logistics operations to minimize costs and optimize shipments.
- Proficiency in PowerBI and Microsoft Excel.
- Telecommute is permitted.
