Responsibilities

  • Oversee full project life cycle from initiation to deployment for major or minor initiatives.
  • Deliver clear, effective communication to executives.
  • Help establish practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to enhance organizational capabilities
  • Manage day-to-day project activities and resources, supporting Strategic Planning meetings.
  • Report on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues across leadership.
  • Manage project scope and changes.
  • Delegate tasks to the right personnel.
  • Define success criteria and communicate them throughout the project and program life cycle.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
  • 7+ years in Technical Project Management.
  • PMO, PMP, or Six Sigma Project Management Certification.
  • 5+ years interacting with senior leadership (Director level and above).
  • Experience with technology data projects (cataloguing, modeling, mapping, etc.) and reporting.
  • Knowledge of AWS product suite and BI tools is a plus.
  • Experience managing operating budgets or project financials.
  • Agile experience preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint (PowerBI a plus), and SharePoint; experienced in presenting to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and collaborating across areas to achieve business objectives.
  • Influential, focused, and versatile team player comfortable under pressure.
  • Fast, responsive, and deadline-driven.
  • Maintains high confidentiality of strategic business data.

Preferred

  • Financial services industry experience.
  • Knowledge of AWS product suite and BI tools.
