Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of problems and drive entire resolution/communication process from beginning to end

  • Partner with customer support and implementation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product adoption.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on new product features and updates.
  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
  • Analyze product performance data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor product usage, customer satisfaction, and retention rates to identify areas for enhancement.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on ERP Order Processing systems or enterprise software.
  • In-depth knowledge of Blue Cherry ERP system, including administration, configuration, and customization
  • Experience in Fashion, Apparel, Footwear wholesale industry
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions, identifying and resolving any errors or discrepancies in a timely manner to ensure a smooth flow of information.

We are seeking an experienced ERP Product Manager to lead the development and management of our ERP system, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and aligns with our business goals.


About the Role:

As the ERP Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, roadmap, and feature definition of our ERP Platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer support, Distribution Warehouse to deliver solutions that enhance our customers’ business processes. Your role will involve both the strategic oversight of product development and hands-on management of the product lifecycle.

    Pay range and compensation package:

    Up to $130,000 base salary
