About the job

Pacific International has been retained by a high-growth and innovative leader in the semiconductor and power electronics space. They have retained us to identify an Electrical Quality Engineer to lead change management and partner with the team to grow out the quality function. This position demands a strong communicator who can navigate complex business growth, develop systems, and ensure compliance with high standards. This candidate will work with the team for for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes. The ideal candidate will be someone who has influenced and driven change and works cross-functionally today.


Responsibilities
