  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, personnel policies, and workload requirements by all warehouse personnel.
  • Efficiently manage human, material, and tool resources in operational areas to support production plan requirements.
  • Lead processes in the business unit to achieve operational service level agreements with the client.
  • Validate operational action plans to meet defined quality limits in the business unit.
  • Focus on operational excellence and strategic indicators, devising tactical initiatives to attain goals.
  • Authorize area expenditures within the allocated budget and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with Schnellecke Logistics and client management.
  • Maintain a continuous emphasis on fostering a secure work environment.
  • Practice and uphold safe work procedures, adhering to all safety rules consistently.
  • Collaborate in budget planning as necessary.

About the Company

We develop complete concepts that range from transportation and warehousing to pre-assemblies and value-added services, to sequential production of individual parts and modules, and packaging suitable for containers. Furthermore, we produce individual car body parts and car body modules for vehicle manufacturing under the KWD Automotive umbrella brand.


About the Role

This role entails overseeing the operations area, guided by the quality management system, client and Schnellecke Logistics requirements. The primary objective is to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives, emphasizing compliance within the operational area.
