**MOVIN'**

As a Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overall operation while supporting your Store Manager. From local store marketing to achieving sales and profit goals, you'll help America Run on Dunkin'. You'll also help your Restaurant Management Team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.

An Assistant Manager must demonstrate sufficient application of knowledge and leadership, always remain engaged and in tune with customers and employees needs and drive towards the continuous improvement of overall store operations. This role is for someone we are looking to grow into a Store Manager.
