The Senior Manager - Solution Consulting - HCM - Customer Base at Workday is responsible for leading a team within the Medium Enterprise business, supporting 7 Sales teams across the Western half of the US. Qualifications

Required

  • 6+ years in a sales-related role (Sales, Solution Consulting, Value Management, Customer Success, etc.) selling enterprise software
  • 4+ years experience leading people on deal strategy and supporting customer engagements
  • Consistent track record of successful partnership with Sales
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong critical thinking skills and execution capabilities
  • Consistent overachievement of assigned goals and targets
  • Ability to self-impose ambitious goals, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and support multiple sales teams
  • Success in mentoring coworkers and cultivating a feedback-rich environment focused on performance and improvement
  • Experience using data to support decision-making process

Preferred

  • Experience with Enterprise software in the HCM and Financial space
  • Experience working with large volume Sales territories
