  • Leads the implementation of this strategy in partnership with Sr Director of HR, leadership, and local Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs).
  • Ensures that project/function milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
  • Analyzes data to create a story to effectively influence peers and leadership team to achieve project goals.
  • Creates and maintains process documentation for organizational development processes.
  • Continuously monitors and solicits feedback on organizational development programs and materials.
  • Assesses and recommends tools and technologies to standardize and automate processes.
  • Consults with local HRBPs on performance, organizational, and leadership matters.
  • May guide managers and employees on problem solving, improving performance, organizational diagnosis, goal alignment, teambuilding, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required

  • 7 years of Organizational Development or Performance Management experience
  • Experience managing a performance management system / LMS system
  • Previous management experience and experience with performance reviews, change management, organizational development
  • Presentation skills
  • Extremely personable, professional, and able to influence

Preferred

  • UKG or Corner Stone
  • ODCP, CPLP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP or related certifications
