DescriptionManufacturing company on the Vermont / Massachusetts border is seeking a General Manager due to an upcoming retirement. Reporting to the CEO, job duties include: oversight of Sales, Operations, Engineering and Finance; having regular contact with clients; seek out business development opportunities; manage and lead teams; serve as main point of contact of the company to the local community and client base; and other duties consistent with being the GM of a 50-100 employee company. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates with ties to the immediate area (Hoosick Falls, Bennington, Williamstown, Pittsfield, etc). RequirementsQualified candidates will have a BA and 5-7+ years of experience as a General Manager, Operations Director, VP Sales, or similar capacity.
