Position Summary



Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Boston, Massachusetts and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do Manage information technology projects, including SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific information technology project requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth, in connection with information technology projects. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
Delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems, and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass, Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM);Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP S/4HANA, Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and Mulesoft applications in the client’s landscape;Participating in large-scale SAP ERP on-Premise and Cloud implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance, and managing client and stakeholder expectations;Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing Business Process Management (BPM), SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), and Microsoft (MS) Visio;Participating in project teams and project delivery, and tracking and resolving critical issues and risks to budget, scope, and resources, utilizing Jira, MS Project, and SharePoint;Utilizing Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Tricentis Tosca & NeoLoad to support and perform Functional, Regression, Performance, and Automation testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; andPerforming SAP Ariba, Concur, SD, MM, PM, and EWM production rollouts, and providing postproduction Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing ServiceNow and Jira.
