Responsibilities

  • Support Competent Authority (CA) meeting and review APA agreement.
  • Conduct transfer pricing planning considering tax areas affected by the transfer pricing.
  • Lead transfer pricing engagements and coach managers and staff.
  • Assume responsibility for the resourcing and budgetary metrics of transfer pricing engagements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on complex transfer pricing matters.
  • Identify business development opportunities for Japanese companies operating in the U.S.
  • Respond to requests for proposal.

Qualifications

Required

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the same fields, and 7 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's.
  • 3 years of experience with Advanced Pricing Agreements, U.S. Transfer Pricing Regulations, and International transfer pricing.
  • 3 years of experience in one of the following areas: Transfer pricing studies, Financial statement analysis, Quantitative and competitive analysis, Statistical sampling and econometrics, or Operational performance analysis.
  • Ability to travel to various locations throughout the U.S. up to 20%.
