Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 6 years hands on experience in consulting or industry experience with Application Management Support (AMS) for Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience with Oracle Cloud HCM system and strong functional knowledge of the system
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience leading a project team
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience managing project financials
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues

Preferred

  • Active Oracle Cloud Certification(s)
  • Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,600 - $241,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
