Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 7 years of client facing position within Financial Services
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Series 7 required (maybe obtained with a 90-day COE)
  • Series 66 required (maybe obtained with a 180-day COE)

Preferred

  • Advice experience in Alternative Investments
  • Understanding of investment life cycle, risk, and portfolio modeling
  • Familiarity with tax issues and liquidity management
  • Advanced education or professional designations preferred
  • CAIA or CFA, or progress towards, highly desirable
  • Familiarity with industry databases/tools
  • Excellent written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Inquisitive, analytical, strategic thinker, proactive and solutions oriented
  • High-energy, positive, entrepreneurial in spirit while being goal-oriented and results-driven
  • Self-starter: takes initiative and can work independently
  • Well-organized and disciplined with high attention to detail
