Experienced Lash Artist

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a brand new spa seeking an experienced Eyelash Specialist to join our team. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing eyelash extensions and other esthetic services to enhance the appearance of our clients. The ideal candidate will already have a solid clientele and be willing to bring their clients with them to the new spa as we continue to grow, they'll have a background in customer service, sales, and eyelash care, with experience in a med spa or similar environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of lashing experience, demonstrating proficiency in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lashes.
• Perform eyelash treatments, including lash extensions and lash lifts, in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Show an interest in marketing yourself and the spa in an effort to grow the business via social media and other outlets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with their services.
• Follow all esthetic operations protocols effectively.
• Conduct thorough client consultations, actively listen to their needs and preferences, and use before and after pictures to ensure client satisfaction. Document all treatments accurately on approved Lash and Company electronic devices.
• Ensure all client paperwork, including intake forms and treatment records, is filled out completely and accurately. Safely store client records, including digital files such as before and after photos taken on Lash and Company electronic devices.
• Promote and sell eyelash treatments to clients, using your knowledge of the products and services we offer.
• Follow up with clients 24-48 hours after service.
• Regularly solicit referrals and reviews from clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and products in eyelash care and be willing to assist with other spa services as needed.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude, always representing the company in a positive light.
• Stay up-to-date on Lash and Company's treatments, protocols, and products.
• Attend continuing education opportunities, such as in-spa workshops, classes, promotional events, and other required on-the-job training and meetings.
• Proficiently handle front desk duties, including greeting clients in person or over the phone, accurately processing client transactions, and assisting client service partners when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work space before, during, and after performing services. Contribute to overall spa cleanliness. Utilize company tools and checklists to ensure your work space meets Lash and Company's cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to the dress code and all guidelines outlined in the employee handbook.
• Attend Lash and Company training meetings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including one closing shift and one weekend day.

SKILLS

• Experience in eyelash care, including lash extensions and lash lifts + Tint.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Proficiency in using Vagaro or similar scheduling software.
• Ability to manage the front desk and perform administrative tasks if needed.
• Good Time Management.
• Attention to Detail.
• Ability to promote and grow your clientele.
