We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our growing team in United States!Role - Solution Architect Locaton - Remote (US) with 25% travelKey responsibilities:Defining Solution Architecture: Create technology solutions for quality engineering discipline that align with client's business objectives, technology stack and leverages next generation capabilities such as Cloud, AI and robotic automation.Sales Support: Support Qualitest's sales teams in responding to RFPs, conducting oral presentations, establish pricing models and participating in client negotiations.Requirements Gathering & Collaborations: Collaborate with senior stakeholders from client organizations to understand and gather their core requirements for technology solutions.Tools evaluation and rationalization : Assess various tooling and platforms within the client's ecosystem to select the most suitable options considering various strategic factors that are important to client including cost, performance, and compatibility.Advisory and assessment : Perform strategic assessments covering test automation, DevOps, test data management, performance engineering and test environment management.Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks for solution delivery and document necessary steps to mitigate them, ensure the risks are clearly documented in proposal response.Transformation acumen : Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to ongoing development and refinement of quality engineering solutions.Thought leadership :Stay updated with latest industry trends and best practices in the space of AI and Quality engineering and act as trusted partner and advisor for our clients.Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with senior engineering leaders from client organizations in support of their strategic IT and quality engineering initiatives.Must-Haves:Experience: 15+ years of experience in software development, Quality engineering, Data management or a similar field.Technical Expertise: Strong expertise of modern technologies, cloud platforms, and architectural patterns.Expertise in quality engineering, including automated and continuous testing practices, in-sprint automation, application of AI in quality engineering.Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex and evolving business requirements.Communication Skills: Strong verbal & written communication skills combined with interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.Project Management Experience: Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.Business Acumen: Ability to align technology solutions with client's business goals and objectives.Understanding Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of agile methodologies to facilitate solutions alignment to client's software delivery methodology.Test Automation: Expertise in modern test automation frameworks for quality engineering transformation.Automation and AI: Skills in implementing AI-driven testing and robotic test automation for continuous testing and accelerated product launches.Consulting and Advisory: Providing consulting and advisory services for cloud migration, test automation, DevOps, and agile test strategy.Governance and Standards: Defining operating models, processes, and standards frameworks to enhance testing maturity across company divisions.Benefits
