What you need to bring to the table:

  • 2-5+ years of civil defense litigation and trial experience in asbestos, products liability, environmental, or toxic torts
  • Able to manage cases from inception through to resolution, possess strong client communication skills, substantial prior deposition, motion drafting and arguing experience, and mediation experience
  • Must have previous experience in California in the area of products liability, specifically asbestos
  • Previous insurance defense experience is a huge plus!
  • Must reside in CA
  • This position requires a California bar license in good standing
