- Reconcile pharmaceutical invoices to inventory.
- Lead interdepartmental projects as assigned.
- Provides data and data analysis to support practice operations.
- Prepare all components of the average daily census and identify any trends and report/distribute to all GFP management.
- Project lead and practice contact for McKesson, Daniels, Office Depot and Martti.
- Insures that new vendors are set up with both GH AP & Purchasing.
- Schedule and Monitor GFP Staff Health Stream Training and Compliance.
- Coordinates reimbursement and tracks CME, Continuing Medical Education, for all GFP physicians.
- Point person for all new office utility set up/transfers of services.
- Support EMR Team with special projects, new office implementations, clean up reports and daily EMR tasks.
- Provide additional assistance as needed to all levels of management.
- Provide back up to GFP Administrative Assistant.
Qualifications
Required
- High School diploma
- Relevant experience, including at least one year in an outpatient medical practice
- Experience in and knowledge of office operations, billing and finance
- Experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and dashboard reporting
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration
- Experience with computerized practice managements systems
- Experience with electronic health record

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree preferable in business or healthcare administration. Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills. Ability to analyze data and to incorporate results of that analysis into practice operations.
