- Responsible for the supervision and delegation of occupational therapy care for each patient within the guidelines of state rules and federal regulations.
- Demonstrate completion of patient care responsibilities and documentation requirements in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new programs or procedures with the approval of the manager and referring physicians per HIPPA guidelines.
- Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).

- National registration and state licensure or registration
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Valid state driver's license

**Overview**
RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy in La Grange is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join a fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team! Hours will include afternoons to early evenings.
This position offers strong mentorship in all areas of pediatric occupational therapy. We evaluate and treat a variety of pediatric patients with diagnoses ranging from sensory processing, emotional regulation, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, feeding disorders, visual motor deficits and more. Working in a multidisciplinary center with fellow pediatric clinicians is a great opportunity. Our OTs play an integral role in collaborating with other professionals to help our pediatric patients reach their goals and learn new skills.
