**Position:** Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient
**Location:** 1579 Capital Ave NE Suite 1571-J Battle Creek, MI
**Incentives:** $3,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday
**Compensation:** Hourly wage starting at $22.00 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-On Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program
Our NovaCare Battle Creek outpatient orthopedic center is seeking alicensed physical therapist assistant to provide exceptional patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. Our highly trained and respected clinical team provides treatment services that maximize functionality and promote the best optimal outcomes for our patients.We take pride in creating and exceptional patient experience, helping all of our patients get back to athletics, work, life and the things they love.
Smaller outpatient clinic with 2-3 clinicians and front office staff. Treat mostly local high school and collegiate athletes, orthopedic conditions, concussion, and vertigo. Use of dry needling, blood flow restriction, and myofascial decompression (cupping) to increase speed of recovery. Direct mentorship with scheduled monthly continuing education review. Continuing education within the company with in-person and virtual courses offered. Community outreach with options to volunteer at local races and events as supporting medical staff.
