  • OR 5 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, business, or related area
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software

Preferred

  • Master's degree in business, supply chain, or related area
  • Supervisory experience

What you'll do...

**Job Description:**

The Facility Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy to maximize process efficiency and productivity. They will also play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with the realty execution team, vendors, and distributors.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Develop and support internal team members.

+ Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.

+ Model servant leadership with a drive to build leadership skills within their direct and indirect reports.

+ Collaborate with Transportation, Operations, Realty Execution, and Vendors.

+ Determine and execute key supply chain KPIs.

+ Suggest solutions for process improvements.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role.

+ Solid understanding of supply chain management principles such as processes, inventory control, and labor planning.

+ Experience in project management.

+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

+ Ability to lead and manage a team.

+ Proficiency in supply chain management software

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$139,000.00



Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.



Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
