  • Oversee e-commerce sales, optimizing the online sales process and customer experience.
  • Set and track team performance metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience in at least one of the following industries: Agriculture, Horticulture, Cannabis, CBD, or Hemp.
  • Experience selling directly to cannabis cultivators is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in SaaS, hardware, and e-commerce sales is essential.
  • Strong understanding of cannabis cultivation processes and challenges is highly desirable.
