  • Demonstrated organizational, communication, research, and analytical skills.
  • Experience and/or familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and plant specific software systems.

As the Environmental Health Safety and Security Manager at our San Jose Plant, you’ll foster a culture of safety to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses. Your role includes implementing safety standards, providing impactful training, and developing innovative hazard prevention programs. Your expertise will help identify and mitigate workplace health and safety risks. You’ll lead environmental compliance activities, ensuring our facility adheres to regulations. As the Environmental Health Safety and Security Manager at our San Jose, CA Eggo plant, you’ll be part of a dedicated and diverse team. San Jose, the birthplace of the Eggo waffle, supplies the majority of the West Coast and is our only plant in California. Our plant promotes team spirit and community involvement through engaging activities and volunteer opportunities.
