  • Ability to use computer software program and smart phone for required education, scheduling and care plan documentation
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner through a high level of customer service
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and office staff

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Two years of continuous work experience
  • Two years of previous patient care experience; specific experience as designated by work area may be required
  • Six months of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide for the elderly population
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Must have a current and valid Driver's License in good standing along with reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance

Preferred

  • Home Care Aide or CNA Certificate approved by the State of Connecticut or Matriculation in a nursing program
  • Completion of education in a related health field (i.e. medical assistant program, EMT certification, etc.)
