- Maintain the work area in a safe and clean condition.
- Update job knowledge by participating in company and manufacturer approved training or industry related training
- Follow proper procedures to comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Perform manual labor, such as, bending, kneeling, crouching, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time.
- Handle objects up to 50 pounds with long periods of standing and walking.
Qualifications
Required
- Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles.
- 4 current and valid ASE certifications.
- Must have current MA vehicle state inspection license or be willing and able to obtain upon hire.
- Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Auto Technician/Mechanic at our brand-new, state-of-the-art Service Center in West Bridgewater, MA. Our Auto Tech team performs car service, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and vehicle reconditioning services on a fleet of late model rental vehicles - no customer interaction involved! ***This new facility is scheduled to open in September!***
This position offers hourly pay (not flat rate) up to $36 / hour ($30 / hour - $36 / hour based upon ASE certifications/state inspection licenses) - get paid for the time you work! Consistent 40 hour per week schedule.
**Annual** **$500** **tool allowance available upon hire.**
