Description

Responsibilities:

+ Supports the GM in ownership of the business and ensuring that the day to day operations run smoothly, and leads team members through effective and efficient operational execution, including shift tasks and routines as well as proper facilities upkeep;

+ Models authentic, warm guest experience and instills great service in team;

+ Successfully identifies individuals that embody Tatte's cultural values and supports recruiting, hiring, and training of new talent to ensure outstanding guest service;

+ Demonstrates people performance management skills with the ability to identify talent and develop managers and hourly team members by giving timely, honest and ongoing coaching and feedback and supporting the GM in one on ones and performance appraisals;

+ Possesses capability to lead and navigate hard conversations and has experience maturely terminating team members who demonstrate inability to adhere to company policy or job duties;

+ Continuously upholds Tatte brand and visual standards across all parts of the business, inclusive of maintaining product and display standards, environmental cleanliness and organization, and atmosphere specs;

+ Ensures Food Safety at the café level, adhering to all food safe processes and standards and driving immediate resolution to any deviation from standard;

+ Supports the GM in café-level change management activities to ensure effective and accurate communication of new product, service and operational information;

+ Contributes to food, labor and controllable costs that are consistently within company guardrails; and

+ Helps GM to own café administrative requirements including sales forecasting, scheduling, deployment, inventory, cash handling, purchasing/ordering, setting production/pars, and safety, sanitation and environmental audits to ensure accurate and timely reporting of operational and financial results.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Employer requires two (2) years of work experience working in operations or a related occupation addressing customer concerns and mentoring team members. In addition, the employer requires the following:

+ Demonstrated ability working as a manager tasked with supervising and coaching others and making decisions to support the overall well-being of the business gained through one (1) year of work experience;

+ Demonstrated ability showing strong attention to detail by upholding brand standards gained through one (1) year of work experience;

+ Demonstrated ability ensuring employee compliance with company rules gained through one (1) year of work experience; and

+ Demonstrated ability working in a role with variable hours gained through one (1) year of work experience.

All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
