- Emphasis on customer service developing a rapport and mutual respect with the patient/caregiver, as well as team members, to foster an optimum environment in support of goal achievement.
- Participation in program development committees for professional and program quality growth.
- Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
- Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
Qualifications
Required
- High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to multi-task.
- Strong team oriented work ethics.
- Ability to navigate computer systems, be flexible/adaptable, and have a positive attitude.
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs.
- A strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers.
- An exceptional focus on teamwork.
- The ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus.
- Availability for weekend and Holiday rotation.
Preferred
- Basic Life Saving (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
- Previous experience as therapy technician.
