  • Maintain strict quality control to ensure that all ingredients meet the highest standards of taste, texture, and appearance.
  • Set up and organize the prep station with all necessary ingredients, utensils, and equipment for efficient cooking.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food storage, handling, and temperature monitoring.
  • Work efficiently to ensure that all prepped ingredients are readily available for use during service hours.
  • Keep the prep area and equipment clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
  • Assist in monitoring ingredient inventory levels and notifying the kitchen manager of any shortages or replenishment needs.
  • Familiarize yourself with menu items, variations, and any allergen information to assist kitchen staff and servers.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen Team Members, including chefs, cooks, and servers, to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

Required

  • Previous experience as a prep cook or kitchen assistant is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work 4pm - Midnight shift
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and knife skills.
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
