Responsibilities
- Partner with the Finance, Risk, Data, Technology and business teams, broadly understanding their roles/ businesses/processes, and challenge their feedback/updates.
- Understand and document the dependencies between the teams and flow of information.
- Drive businesses and functions to plan and execute. Support them with coordination efforts and facilitating dependency resolutions.
- Proactively identify potential problems/risks by understanding the content and impact.
- Ensure adherence to the governance standards.
- Schedule meetings, set clear agenda, document meeting minutes, understanding their process impact, update slides, coordinating project activities across businesses/functions
- Monitoring & ensuring that Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies are being addressed, escalating as appropriate
- Promptly addresses potential issues or topics raised and understands the urgency of working with Markets businesses on a regulatory program
- Prepare materials for updates to very senior members
Qualifications
Required
- 14 to 18+ years of experience in program management in Financial Services, preferably in Capital Markets or Investment Banking.

Contract Duration: 6+ Months
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ 14 to 18+ years of experience in program management in Financial Services.
+ Must have Program management experience in Capital Markets or Investment Banking.
+ Experience in large scale Transformation Strategy and process improvement remediation.
+ Experience working closely with stakeholders to identify regulatory risk and controls and execute transformation strategies.
+ Strong understanding of project management principles and ability to execute on delivery, with a proven track record.
+ Ability to lead planning, directing and coordination of daily activities to deliver key project(s), with a ruthless management of critical path.
+ Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders up to Senior Management.
