SIGN-ON BONUS: up to $3,000

Starting Rate: $17.26/hr. to $21.57/hr. depending on experience

SHIFT: Full-Time / Part-Time/ Per Diem, All Shifts

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for many patients care tasks to ensure that each patient receives the comprehensive and personalized care they need.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and procedures and follow departmental policies and procedures

+ Deliver direct care to patients through patient care such as bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming, etc.

+ Follow direction and instruction given by the RN or LPN in charge.

+ Maintain patient comfort and safety as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards

+ Assist residents with daily tasks, take care of personal needs of residents

+ Additional tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

+ Current New York State Nurses Aide Certification required

+ Experience in long term care preferred

+ Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable

+ Strong customer service skills and compassion
