Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a PRN or as' needed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at The Village at Orchard Ridge.

In this position, you will work under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative services to our residents in Assisted Living, Assisted Living Memory Care, Long-Term care, Skilled Nursing, and Independent Living (Outpatient) neighborhoods. Your role will focus on helping residents improve their ability to perform daily activities through therapeutic interventions.

Requirements

+ Associate's degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

+ Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice

+ Previous experience in a senior living, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting is preferred

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team

+ Compassionate and patient-centered approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality care

+ Proficiency in using healthcare software for documentation and patient management
