  • Familiarity with Autotask, DATTO, Auvik, IT Glue, Datto RMM, SentinelOne, and backup tools

Preferred

  • A+ and N+ certifications
  • Basic server administration, routing, and firewall technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
