Technical Analyst

Duration: 12+ months

Compensation: up to $50-60/hr (W2 only!)

Location: hybrid in San Antonio, TX

Responsibilities:

• Job Description: The Technical Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technical solutions that support business objectives. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand requirements, develop technical specifications, and ensure that solutions are effectively integrated into existing systems. The Technical Analyst will play a key role in the implementation of new technologies and will provide ongoing support for existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis

• - Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• - Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.

System Design & Development

• - Design and propose technical solutions that align with business goals.
• - Ensure that technical solutions are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirements.

System Testing & Validation

• - Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
• - Identify and resolve any issues or defects that arise during testing.
• - Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT).

Project Management

• - Assist in the planning and management of technical projects.
• - Track project progress and report on milestones, risks, and issues.
• - Ensure timely delivery of project components according to project timelines.

Support & Maintenance

• - Provide technical support for existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes as needed.
• - Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations.
• - Assist in the deployment of updates and new releases.

Collaboration & Communication

• - Liaise with business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• - Present technical solutions and project updates to non-technical stakeholders.
