  • Ability to analyze sales data in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup).
  • Excellent customer service

Our client, a world leader in designing, producing and distributing prestige fragrances for over 30 years, is seeking a Sales Administrator, who will ensure coordination between sales and marketing teams, client distribution centers and internal support departments. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual, with analytical mindset and experience in sales support. This is a 3-month assignment.

Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Manhattan, NY

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Managing order processing.
  • Verifying and communicating stock availability.
