Responsibilities

  • Partner with the HR Director to drive strategic human capital plans that support division and functional goals.
  • Work closely with the Engineering leadership team to lead integration and change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate across peer HR managers to partner on critical business initiatives.
  • Partner with the Operations HR Manager to strategize and drive change management across homeroomed functions.
  • Drive and lead the planning and execution of various human resources initiatives and processes.
  • Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders and cross-business team members to meet project deliverables.
  • Support project tracking and team execution, and drive the communication flow with all constituents.
  • Diagnose organizational needs and develop practical, creative/innovative, data-driven solutions.
  • Balance strategic thought with tactile execution, and consult on the implementation of HR strategy.
  • Manage multiple, competing priorities within critical deadlines.
  • Identify and proactively determine the best ways to address issues.
  • Leverage HR processes, tools, and data/data analytics to accelerate business results.
  • Build or enhance a collaborative culture and develop/implement solutions to address people issues impacting the business.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 12 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Master’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Practical experience in multiple human resource disciplines
  • Outstanding organization and project management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in an efficient and effective manner
  • Proven ability to identify and proactively determine the best ways to address issues
  • Possess a strategic mindset; identify areas for improvement and bridge gaps between organizations
  • Ability to make recommendations and provide guidance to effectively bring projects to completion
  • Possess a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Highly advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint skills

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
