Qualifications

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in a global organisation
  • Experience in managing complex HR projects within a global organisation, ideally related to Leadership Development or Learning
  • Outstanding project and programme management skills, event management and good with change management
  • Strong communications skills with all levels of stakeholders
  • Tech-savviness, with a minimum expectation of being able to liaise with IT teams and understand, develop and translate business requirements
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills

For Armonk, NY, the estimated base salary range for this position is $152,000 to $228,000. The specific salary offered for this, or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget.
