  • Offer strategic insights and support to the Chief Human Resources Officer and COO.

Qualifications

Required

  • Over 5 years of experience in HR operations management
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field
  • Experience in a compensation role, including the implementation of compensation programs and structures
  • Proven track record of implementing new HR policies and procedures
  • Experience in managing employee relations and conducting HR investigations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Preferred

  • PHR/SHRM-CP certification

In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and hands-on support related to all aspects of people management and compensation within the organization. You will play a key role in the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures and will work closely with leaders of various functional areas to establish collaborative business relationships.
