The Director of Talent Acquisition at Empower Retirement will lead a team of talent acquisition consultants to deliver on hiring goals and expectations, develop strategies for high volume hiring, and ensure recruitment processes support diverse candidate pools and an inclusive recruiting experience. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years combined recruiting and Human Resources experience or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Prior experience with high volume recruiting
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous people management experience
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience using an ATS with sophisticated reporting capabilities
  • Experience leveraging programmatic advertising tools, video interviewing, and other TA tools
  • Knowledge of Diversity Talent techniques
  • Ability to communicate, interact, influence, and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders

The Director, Talent Acquisition ensures effective performance management protocols (contribution conversations, coaching and development plans) are in place to deliver a premium candidate and hiring leader experience. The Director of Talent Acquisition will drive, own and participate on projects aligned to achieve TA and HR strategic initiatives and maintain strong working relationships with business clients, senior leaders and HR counterparts; keep them informed and appropriately involve them in recruiting activities.What you will doBuild support and buy-in by working closely with senior HR, line leadership and Senior leaders, to ensure that the business and hiring managers play a full role in identifying, interviewing and hiring high potential, high performance talent that will lead our company forward.Lead a team of recruiting professionals to develop, drive, and execute the recruiting strategies that support Empower. Use key recruiting metrics to get results.Responsible for Metrics Reporting, Talent Insights and Workforce Planning Analysis. Create a structured reporting framework that outlines key metrics to be tracked and reported regularly. Track efforts by using data from our ATS and other platforms; providing analysis and insights on hiring efforts, turnover, time to hire, cost of hire, etc. Analyze data to identify trends in the labor market, competitor hiring practices, and candidate behavior; leverage insights to make informed decisions about sourcing strategies. Partner closely with business leaders, workforce planning teams and HRBP's assisting with plans related to forecasting, identifying talent gaps and forming plans to address these using attrition, growth, labor force and supply/demand activities.Create Sourcing and Pipeline Strategies. Lead the development and implementation of strategic sourcing strategies, which may include developing talent pipelines for critical roles, identifying long-term talent needs, and establishing relationships with key talent tools. Launch and enable various techniques involving TA marketing (targeted campaigns, digital/social/print collateral). Deliver talent from top sources (Referrals - targeted campaigns and Workday referrals using HRIS / Social media, data warehouses, Diversity associations). Assist in developing strategies to capture, engage and informs passive marketplace talent for future based opportunities and attract FINRA licensed talent.What you will bringBachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years combined recruiting and Human Resources experience or any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training approved by Human Resources.Minimum of 7-10 years of full cycle recruiting experience. Prior experience with high volume recruiting required. Experience at a high-growth company and in fast-paced environments is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of previous people management experience.
