Remote Director, Clinical AnalyticsHealthCare Support is seeking a Director, Clinical Analytics to fill an opening with a growing Managed Care Organization in New Jersey!Daily Responsibilities for Director, Clinical Analytics :Oversee complex clinical analytics projects to inform business decisions in clinical, network, product, alternative payment models, and employer engagementMonthly reporting and auditing including members by value-based providers, quality and cost performance, APP payment, and shared savings payment forecasting and reconciliationTest and implement for VBP all LOBs and EOC/Specialty Care.Manage, develop, and train 16-19 staff members of five teams.100% Remote Required Qualifications for Director, Clinical Analytics :Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience instead of degree7+ years team management experience10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Informatics, or Medical Economics 10+ years of performing analysis on large healthcare administrative claims data, EHR/EMR data, or complex relational healthcare databases analyzing medical, pharmacy, and behavioral health claims data10+ years of experience programming in SASExperience with Optum’s Symmetry Suite of Services, Impact Intelligence, ImpactPro, ETG, ERG, PEG, EBM, PRG, etc.) or Prometheus Episode GrouperBenefits for Director, Clinical Analytics :Medical, dental and vision plans401K with 3% company match (fully vested after 3 years)Horizon BCBSNJ will also contribute an additional 4% into an employee’s Savings and Investment Plan as “Horizon BCBSNJ Retirement Contributions” (HRCs)Tuition Reimbursement29 Days of PTO for directors and above (Starting Jan. 1st) | PTO is pro-rated depending on when they start in the year12 paid holidaysPay Details:$150,000 - $200,000 annually + up to 30% potential bonus Interested in being considered?If you are interested in applying to this position, email a copy of your resume to Melanie Williams at melanie.williams@healthcaresupport.com with the job title and location, and they recruiters will reach out.
