  • Build alignment and drive change across the organization for successful implementation of compensation programs and initiatives.
  • Deliver high-quality and timely deliverables through proactive project management.
  • Communicate and educate on performance management, compensation plans, and policies.
  • Oversee plan modeling, budgeting, analytics, and incentive calculations.
  • Serve as the primary compensation resource for issues, international assignments, union matters, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Partner with HR-ICT and the service center to ensure accurate compensation information and an intuitive user experience.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation, with at least 3 years of experience managing a compensation function.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of North American (U.S. and Canada) pay regulations and laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

  • Experience with SAP.
  • Professional certifications.
