Magnolia Trace Apartment Homes in Alexandria, Louisiana is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community. - Competent in all phases of maintenance including appliance repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, pools, irrigation systems, etc.
- Property and vacant unit inspections
- Maintain adequate inventory of parts and supplies
- Work with the Property Manager to stay within the budget guidelines in regards to expenditures
- Maintain adequate HVAC, and pool maintenance logs
- Ensures the parts and storage areas are organized and secured
- Use of basic hand tools and power tools
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed
- Additional duties as assigned

- Minimum 5 years of maintenance specific experience
- Customer service oriented
