  • Address any concerns or issues faced by referral sources promptly and effectively and provide innovative suggestions to improve our marketing strategies.
  • Represent Geiss Med Hospice at community events to promote a positive image and awareness of our services.
  • Work closely with discharge planners to ensure smooth patient transitions from hospitals and nursing facilities to their homes.

  • Dynamic personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, with a solid understanding of hospice care services.
  • Two years of experience in coordinating business development and providing education to patients, insurance companies, physicians, hospitals, nurses, community resources, other healthcare specialists, and the local community.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and independently.
