  • Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Prepare and provide documentation for internal and external audits
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting department and contribute to their implementation.
  • Participate in special projects and analyses as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required

  • Uses time effectively and efficiently and must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Organized, flexible and of good moral character.
  • Computer literate and must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accounting/Finance or international equivalent.
  • Preferably with 2-4 years experience specializing in General Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • Has high personal standards of honesty and integrity and lives by the organization's high standards.

Preferred

  • CPA or CPA candidacy is a plus but not required.
