- Oversee month-end close procedures
Qualifications
Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Skilled in Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
- Familiarity with Yardi software
- Experience in Billing
- Ability to handle Bank Reconciliations
- Experience with Month End Close procedures

We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team located in Walnut Creek, California. This role involves a range of accounting tasks, including handling payables, billing, receivables posting, bank reconciliations, and month-end financial reports for our property management client. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.
