Control Air Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Salesperson to join our Service Division in Hayward, California. - All job costing to include securing material costs & compiling a final project submittal price using our computerized estimating system for in-house review.
- Contract/proposal generation to include both the creative and actual inputs necessary to produce a bid document.
- Control all costs of the various contracts - jobs need to consistently meet or exceed expected profit objectives.
- Establish required documentation for the successful tracking of projects.
- Timeliness and accuracy are of high importance.
- Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Cold calling skills (aggressive).
- Computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, Excel, Outlook).

Full Job Description
Control Air Enterprises LLC is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Salesperson who can immediately join our Service Division at our Northern Division office in Hayward, California. We are looking for exceptional personnel with 3+ years of experience (a bachelor's degree is a plus in any field but not a requirement) to work in our professional office environment.

+ Solicitation & sales.
